Sorry, I couldn’t resist. This is really well made and works great. I never had anything like this when I was a kid. I originally bought it for my youngest niece for Christmas, but it was so cute that I kept it for myself and I got her something else. If you’re reading this, Ashley… Sorry! lol

We just got this and all three of our kids (ages 5, 3, and 20 months) are in love with it. There may be a few fist fights over this one! One note…it is larger than I thought it would be based on the photo. The twittering is fairly realistic and not too annoying even when the kids play it over and over and over and over. Cute and unique!

This bird went into Santa’s bag for a 13 year old girl. All the children got old-fashioned wind-up toys as Christmas toys to bring out each Christmas. The little bird was so cute, easy to wind. Cage is fragile so it is not a toy for a young child. The wicker cage and yellow canary are charming.

I bought this for my 4 year old daughter for Christmas and she plays with it quite a bit. It has been a hit with kids of all ages in fact. The chirping sound is actually quite realistic and the bird bobs back and forth as it sings. Occasionally the bird gets knocked off its perch if the toy is handled too roughly, but it’s not too difficult to maneuver it back into place. Buy it – it’s fun and unique.
